In a recent development, Azimio One Kenya Alliance supporter Pauline Njoroge has expressed exultation at her appointment as the Deputy Organising Secretary of the Jubilee Party, a position conferred on her by former President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The announcement took place on Monday at the Jubilee Party National Delegates Conference, a meeting spearheaded by Kenyatta. The party’s recent reshuffling saw several other appointments. Among the newly assigned are Jamleck Kamau, taking on the role of national director of elections; Maison Leshoomo, named the national women’s league chairperson; Agnes Thumbi, the national youth league leader; and Nderitu Mureithi, stepping into the role of business council leader.
In response to her new appointment, Njoroge issued a public thank you to former President Kenyatta, expressing her gratitude for his faith in her abilities and vowing to serve her new role with integrity and commitment.
Showing her humility and resolve, Njoroge took to her Twitter account: “Humbled! Thank you my Party Leader H.E Uhuru Kenyatta for entrusting me with this position. Thank you Jubilee Party members for your support! I commit to serve diligently and faithfully alongside other members of the National Executive Committee (NEC). Jubilee iko imara! Tusonge Mbele Pamoja.”
Njoroge’s message translates to, “Jubilee is strong! Let’s move forward together,” indicating her intent to contribute positively to the party’s future.
