About InfoHub Kenya

InfoHub Kenya is a free information website for Kenyans. Since 2013 we have published plain-language guides that help people get everyday things done: applying for government documents, paying bills with M-PESA, finding the right office, comparing services and understanding how things work in Kenya.

What We Publish

  • How-to guides for government and private services, such as eCitizen, KRA, NTSA, Kenya Power and M-PESA.
  • Lists and directories, built from official registers wherever one exists.
  • County and constituency profiles for all 47 counties and 290 constituencies, with population, area, leaders and wards.
  • Explainers on money, law, health, technology and travel, written for the average reader rather than the expert.

How We Keep Information Accurate

Information about fees, phone numbers, offices and procedures changes often. Every article is checked against current official sources before it is published, and each one shows the date it was last fact-checked. If a detail cannot be confirmed, we leave it out rather than guess. You can read more in our editorial policy.

Spotted a Mistake?

If something in an article is out of date or wrong, please tell us and include the page link. We read every report and update articles when the facts change.

How InfoHub Kenya Is Funded

The site is free to read. It is supported by advertising and, on a few clearly marked pages, by affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Advertisers and affiliate partners do not decide what we write.
