What Is the Zuku Paybill Number?

Zuku’s official payment instructions distinguish between fibre service and fibre phone airtime. Use the number for the service you intend to pay, together with your own Zuku account number.

What You Need
Have the most recent invoice, your Zuku account number and the amount due available.
Pay through M-PESA
- Open M-PESA and choose Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
- Enter the appropriate business number from the table.
- Enter your Zuku account number as the account reference.
- Enter the amount.
- Check the displayed details, then authorise the payment with your M-PESA PIN.
- Keep the confirmation message and check that the payment reaches the correct Zuku account.
Warning: Do not confuse your account number with the paybill number. If the displayed payee or account details are wrong, cancel before confirming.
Tip: If payment is not credited, contact Zuku through its official support channels with the transaction reference. Never send your M-PESA PIN.
