Airtel Kenya shops are where you go for SIM replacement, registration, Airtel Money help and other services that an agent can’t handle. Airtel has been expanding fast — by early 2026 the company reported more than 60 customer-care shops across 40 counties — so the list below is not complete and branches open and move regularly. Below are Airtel customer-care shops confirmed in recent company and media announcements. Addresses and hours can change, so it is worth calling ahead.
Nairobi and Surrounding Area
- Development House – Moi Avenue, Nairobi CBD
- Gill House – Moi Avenue, Nairobi CBD
- Sarit Centre – Westlands (Airtel’s flagship “experiential” customer hub)
- Garden City Mall – Thika Road
- Freedom Heights Mall – Lang’ata

Airtel has also opened shops in towns such as Kisumu, Embu and Maralal, and keeps adding more. Typical opening hours are about 8am–6pm Monday to Saturday, with mall branches open later and on Sundays, but confirm with the specific shop.
You don’t always need a shop: for airtime, Airtel Money, bundles and most account questions you can use an Airtel dealer/agent, the Airtel app, or call customer care on 100 from an Airtel line.
