How to Pay Your DStv Subscription in Kenya

DStv Kenya lists M-PESA Paybill 444900 as a payment option. Use the DStv Basket ID/reference number displayed in Eazy Self Service for the payment, rather than assuming an old account-number instruction fits every payment.

What you need

Access to your DStv account, the current payment reference and enough M-PESA balance for the payment and any applicable charge.

Pay using M-PESA

Open DStv’s official Kenya payment page and follow the link to Eazy Self Service.
Check your account and the amount due. Obtain the Basket ID/reference displayed for the payment.
On M-PESA, choose Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
Enter business number 444900.
Enter the DStv Basket ID/reference as instructed by Self Service, followed by the amount.
Review the business name, reference and amount before entering your PIN and completing payment.
Keep the M-PESA confirmation and check the payment status in your DStv account.

If the account is not updated

Compare the reference on your payment message with the one supplied by DStv. Use DStv’s official support tools with the transaction reference if the payment is missing. Do not pay a second time simply because your screen has not yet changed.
