If you receive a notice
Check the stated offence, date, location, evidence and response instructions through the responsible authority’s official channel. A disputed allegation is different from an admission. The prescribed notification form includes a denial-of-charge section and court-attendance instructions.
The fine schedule does not by itself establish how a particular digital enforcement system is operating. Do not infer a universal SMS-payment deadline, bank account or automatic licence penalty from this table.
Warning: Do not send money to a personal mobile number on the strength of a supposed fine message. Verify the notice and payment instructions before paying, and obtain an official receipt.
