What to prepare

Have your identification, contact details and the reference relevant to the service, such as a vehicle registration, business or property record. Required documents and charges depend on the application.

How to use the portal

  1. Open the official portal directly and choose the service category.
  2. Sign in or register if required. Check the selected service and billing period.
  3. Complete the form and upload the documents requested for that application.
  4. Review the official invoice and use the payment instructions generated for it.
  5. Save your receipt and application reference. Download the permit or other document when it is issued.
  6. Use the official support or county contact page if the service is unavailable or requires an in-person visit.

Tip: National-government services may use a different system. For example, national land rent and county land rates are separate obligations; paying one does not settle the other.
