What is the Faiba Paybill Number?

Faiba is run by Jamii Telecommunications (JTL). The M-PESA Pay Bill number you use depends on which Faiba service you are paying for:

• Faiba home / fixed internet (fibre): Pay Bill 330330. For the account number, enter JTLK followed by your Faiba account number (for example, JTLK1234).
• Faiba mobile (4G) and other mobile services: Pay Bill 776611, using your Faiba number as the account number.

How to Pay

1. Go to M-PESA, then Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
2. Enter the correct business number above for your service.
3. Enter the account number as shown.
4. Enter the amount and your M-PESA PIN, then confirm.

If you are unsure which number applies to you, check the MyFaiba app or confirm with JTL customer care before paying. Always make sure the confirmation message names Jamii Telecommunications / JTL.
