You can view your NSSF contribution record through the official NSSF Member Self Service portal. Existing members who have not used the portal must first create and activate an online account.

What you need

  • Your NSSF membership number and identification details.
  • Access to the official portal.
  • An activated online account, or the documents needed for account certification.

Steps

  1. Open the NSSF Member Self Service portal.
  2. If you already contribute to NSSF but do not have an online account, select Existing Member eCert. Use Member Registration only if you are not already registered with NSSF.
  3. Complete the form and print the registration information. Take it to an NSSF branch for approval and an encoded PIN key.
  4. Return to Member Activation and enter your username, password and encoded key.
  5. Sign in and open Member Contributions Statement to review your record.

If something is missing

Compare the statement with your payslips and payment receipts. Keep a record of the months concerned when contacting your employer or NSSF. An amount deducted on a payslip should not be assumed to have reached your member account until you check the record.

Tip: Use the portal’s password recovery or recertification options if you cannot sign in. Do not register for a second membership number just because you have forgotten your first one.
