The following five suppliers publish salon, barber or beauty-equipment catalogues and Nairobi contact details on their own websites. Use the list to request comparable quotations, not as a ranking or a guarantee of product quality.
The old directory included unverified addresses and numbers. Those entries have been removed rather than carried forward without evidence.

What the suppliers list
Salon Warehouse
The website lists salon, barber, spa and nail categories. The current homepage gives Laikipia Road, Kileleshwa. Some catalogue pages still say Westlands, so use the current contact confirmation rather than assuming the older location remains correct.
Direct Beauty Equipment
Its salon category includes hair steamers, blow dryers, shampoo sinks, styling chairs, barber chairs and accessories. The same page publishes the shop location and sales@directbeautyequipment.co.ke.
Romwa Beauty Parlour
The catalogue includes salon sinks, styling and barber chairs, clippers and beauty accessories. It publishes info@romwabeauty.co.ke. Ask for the exact shop or collection point, because the website gives only a road-level address.
Same Day Beauty Store
The catalogue includes barber chairs, mirrors, hair dryers, washing units and shaving machines. Its published email is sales@samedaybeautystore.co.ke. Check the model and current delivery terms rather than taking the trading name as a delivery-time guarantee.
Epic Mart Enterprises
Its salon page lists shampoo units, dryers, manicure equipment and other supplies. It publishes info@epicmart.co.ke. Obtain a quotation that identifies the exact model, quantity and delivery destination.
What to confirm before paying
- Ask for an itemised quotation with the brand, model, specifications and quantity.
- Check whether the price includes VAT, delivery, assembly and installation.
- Ask for warranty terms, spare-part availability and who handles repairs.
- Confirm the actual stock and delivery or collection date in writing.
- Verify the supplier’s payment instructions independently and retain the invoice and receipt.
- For a large fitting-out order, inspect a sample or showroom item where practical before committing to the full order.
Warning: A supplier’s statement that every item is “genuine”, “professional” or “sterilising” is not independent certification. Check the relevant manufacturer’s specifications and suitability for the intended use.
Tip: Compare like-for-like models and total delivered costs. The cheapest quoted chair or dryer may exclude parts, delivery or support included in another quotation.
