Below are five Kenyan bus operators with booking websites or contact details confirmed from their own online channels. This is a selected directory, not a complete list of every bus company or a ranking of safety, service or fares.

An operator’s website does not certify that every vehicle or route has a current licence. Confirm the actual service, departure date, boarding point and booking conditions before paying.

Easy Coach

The company’s contact page provides separate enquiry addresses for passengers and parcels. For bookings it publishes bookings@easycoachkenya.com, and for parcels parcels@easycoachkenya.com. Confirm your boarding office when booking rather than relying on an old supermarket branch list.

Mash East Africa

Use the call-centre numbers for help scheduling a journey. Its contact page separately lists the Accra Road parcel office on 0731 955 294. A parcel contact is not necessarily the boarding point for your bus.

Dreamline Express

The official site provides a trip-search interface and lists destinations including Nairobi, Mombasa and several western Kenyan towns. Select the actual journey and date; a destination appearing on the website does not establish a daily direct service from every other listed town.

ENA Coach

The booking site provides routes, ticket printing and a Help option. It lists services involving Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisii, Kisumu and other destinations. Check the actual trip returned by the booking search rather than assuming a route or fare from an old article.

The Guardian Coach

The company’s contact page identifies its head office as Railways, Nairobi, and publishes info@theguardiancoach.com. Obtain the exact boarding location on your ticket, especially if several offices operate in the same city.

How to book more safely

  1. Open the verified company channel directly and check the route and travel date.
  2. Confirm the fare, seat, departure time, boarding point, baggage allowance and change or refund conditions.
  3. Pay only through the payment flow or verified instructions for that booking. Do not send money to a personal number supplied by an unsolicited caller.
  4. Keep the ticket and payment confirmation. Check that the ticket shows the correct passenger and journey.
  5. Reconfirm any unclear boarding instructions before travelling to the terminal.

NTSA provides official public-service transport and vehicle services through its service portal. For a licensing concern, use NTSA’s official channels rather than treating this directory as a live regulatory register.

Warning: A website using a bus company’s logo is not necessarily that company’s booking service. Do not assume the first sponsored or search result is authentic.
