These providers publish second-hand shopping or resale services for Kenyan customers. The list distinguishes shops from marketplaces: a marketplace listing does not mean the platform owns the item.

This is a selected directory, not an endorsement or an exhaustive register. Confirm current service coverage and premises before visiting or arranging collection.

Before buying or selling

Ask who owns the item and who handles payment, delivery, returns and complaints. Inspect condition and dimensions, and test electrical appliances where possible. Agree in writing on included accessories, defects, collection arrangements and the total price.

If selling through an intermediary, obtain its commission and payment terms before handing over goods. A provider’s own statement about security or quality is not a guarantee about every transaction.

Tip: Keep the listing, agreed price and receipt. Do not assume a used item has the original manufacturer’s warranty or that a courier charge is included.
