eCitizen provides access to services from many government agencies. The table below is a guide to selected official portals, rather than a complete catalogue or a promise that every application can be completed without an appointment.

How to find the right service
- Start at the official eCitizen portal or the responsible agency’s verified website.
- Choose the agency and read the checklist for the exact application type.
- Sign in through the official account service. Enter accurate details and upload the requested documents.
- Pay using the invoice and payment options generated for the application. Keep the receipt and application reference.
- Follow any appointment, biometric, verification or collection instructions.
Business registration is different from a county business permit or fire certificate. Select the responsible county service where applicable. For travel authorisation, check Immigration’s current eTA guidance rather than an old eVisa menu.
Tip: Do not assume every fee, requirement or turnaround is the same across agencies. The application’s current checklist controls your case.
